As outlined by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a Ride The Ducks boat had to shut down their engines, and was later rammed by the barge. Thirty seven people were dumped into the river when the boat capsized. Most were rescued, though two individuals are still missing.

In Philadelphia, the National Transportation Safety Board has began investigating the accident. Depending on who’s at fault for the accident, the NTSB may levy fines. Tours in each and every city have been shut down until the investigation is well under way.
